In 1993 Ford Motor Company began "Recognizing Excellence in Technical Training" with a new program called Masters. With the new program, Technicians at Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury dealerships were given the opportunity to become Master Technicians. Over its 10 year history the Masters Program has undergone a number of changes, but its mission has not changed - to Recognize Excellence in Technical Training.

Service Manager

Our Service Manager Mark Tillman is certified as Master Technician.

Kris Elston is certified by Ford Motor Campany as a Senior Master Technician and a Diesel Specialist. He has 30 years of experience working for Ford Motor Company in the automotive repair industry. To obtain "Senior Masters" status, Kris had to complete virtually every level of technical training in all three automotive catagories recognized by Ford.
